Listen to Pulse Aero apprentice Patrick discuss the drive that got him into fixing planes for a living, and why he finds it an exciting and engaging career.

No Block Release – Training That Fits the Job

Flexible Learning Without Disrupting Your Work.

Unlike traditional apprenticeships that require long block-release periods, Flight One’s programme is designed around short, manageable training blocks.

This approach means apprentices can continue gaining hands-on industry experience while progressing through structured learning without extended time away from the workplace. It’s a smarter, more efficient way to build skills without slowing down career progression.
