FLIGHT TRAINING DIPLOMA STUDENT DECLARATION

• I understand that I am applying to Flight One School of Aviation (RTO 31285, CRICOS 01302M) for full-time nationally-recognised training and assessment leading to the issuance of partial or complete Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications.
• I understand that this is an initial non-binding application and does not commit Flight One to offer me a place in a programme, nor does it commit me to accept a place in a programme.
• I have been provided with and reviewed detailed course information on the relevant Flight One website Course Page, Programme Guide and / or otherwise sought sufficient information to make an informed programme selection.
• I have been advised of the code and title of the training product, as published on the National Register, estimated duration, expected locations for training, mode of delivery.
• I have been advised that flight lessons and aviation theory classes are provided by Flight Two Pty Ltd trading as Flight One (ABN 12 137 904 771).
• I understand Flight One’s obligations, including responsibility for delivering training and assessment in compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015; and (International Students only) the ESOS Standards for Education Providers and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students; and for the issuance of the AQF certification documentation.
• I understand my consumer rights:- if I need to lodge complaints and appeals; if Flight One ceases to or fails to deliver any part of the training product; if I wish to apply for a refund.
• (VET Student Loans Students only) (a) I have read and understood the course fee arrangements on the relevant course page including VSL Cover, Gap Fees, non-tuition fees, or additional fees that may be payable; and (b) I have read the VET Student Loans Page and linked sources of information about the VET Student Loan scheme, and I have a thorough understanding of the scheme; and (c) I meet the VET Student Loans eligibility criteria and I will provide evidence to support this; and (d) I have sufficient funds available to pay for my training; and (e) I have reserve financial capacity to pay for any VSL Gap, repeated exams or flight lessons should this become necessary; and (f) I understand that VET Student Loans is subject to eligibility criteria and creates a debt to the Commonwealth that must be repaid. I have not been guaranteed that as a result of graduating from the course I will successfully gain employment, or (International Students only) migration outcomes.
• I understand the financial commitment associated with the course including: tuition, non-tuition and material fees, fee schedules and deposit requirements. It has been disclosed to me that that in instances where I am required to repeat an exam, or a flight lesson (remedial flight) to achieve the desired competency level, that the costs associated with repeated exams or flight lessons are not covered by the standard tuition fee schedule. I have sufficient funds in reserve to cover these expenses. I further acknowledge my understanding that failure to pay for the course as prescribed, may lead to suspension or cancellation of my enrolment and (International Students only) my Australian student visa.
• I understand that I am applying for a flight training course which is a full-time commitment with attendance of at least 20hrs per week required and will maintain attendance accordingly. I understand that training in my chosen course may be conducted at unusual hours including early mornings, nights and weekends and I will attend classes and flight lessons punctually and consistently as required of me. I further acknowledge my understanding that failure to attend the course as prescribed, may lead to suspension or cancellation of my enrolment and (International Students only) my Australian student visa.
• I have reviewed the detailed information regarding expectations of behaviour during training in the Student Handbook and I understand the expectation that, as a trainee in the aviation environment, I will be required to pay attention to safety and respect instructions given by trainers and flight instructors. I will behave in a professional manner that reflects well on Flight One and on myself as a pilot at all times.
• (International Students only) I have read and understand the information available from the course provider and from the Australian Government regarding the cost of living in Australia including visa, travel, commuting, accommodation, food and insurance and I have sufficient funds to cover these expenses on behalf of myself and any accompanying family members.
• (International Students only) I have read and understand the information provided by the Australian Department of Home Affairs regarding the Australian student visa including visa privileges, visa application process and related costs, course attendance requirements, and work rights.
• I understand and agree with Flight One’s Privacy Policy.
• The information I have provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
• I understand that I may be refused enrolment if it becomes evident that any information or supporting documentation provided is incomplete or false.

FLIGHT TRAINING NON-DIPLOMA STUDENT DECLARATION

• I understand that I am applying for non-award flight training provided by Flight Two Pty Ltd trading as Flight One (ABN 12 137 904 771).
• I understand the financial commitment associated with the course including: tuition, non-tuition and material fees, fee schedules and deposit requirements. It has been disclosed to me that that in instances where I am required to repeat an exam, or a flight lesson (remedial flight) to achieve the desired competency level, that the costs associated with repeated exams or flight lessons are not covered by the standard tuition fee schedule. I have sufficient funds in reserve to cover these expenses.
• I understand that my flight lessons and training must be paid for in advance and will, under no circumstances undertake training without a positive current balance.
• I have reviewed the detailed information regarding expectations of behaviour during training in the Student Handbook and I understand the expectation that, as a trainee in the aviation environment, I will be required to pay attention to safety and respect instructions given by trainers and flight instructors. I will behave in a professional manner that reflects well on Flight One and on myself as a pilot at all times.
• I understand and agree with Flight One’s Privacy Policy.

• I understand that this is an initial non-binding application and does not commit Flight One to offer me a place in a programme, nor does it commit me to accept a place in a programme.
• I have been provided with and reviewed detailed course information on the relevant Flight One website Course Page, Programme Guide and / or otherwise sought sufficient information to make an informed programme selection.
• I have been advised of the code and title of the training product, as published on the National Register, estimated duration, expected locations for training, mode of delivery.
• I understand Flight One’s obligations, including responsibility for delivering training and assessment in compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015; and for the issuance of the AQF certification documentation.

• I understand that I am applying to Flight One School of Engineering (RTO 45165) for nationally-recognised training and assessment leading to the issuance of partial or complete Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications.
• I understand that this is an initial non-binding application and does not commit Flight One to offer me a place in a programme, nor does it commit me to accept a place in a programme.
• I am an employed aircraft maintenance engineer, trade assistant or apprentice and my employer is aware of and supports my application.
• I have been provided with and reviewed detailed course information on the relevant Flight One website Course Page, Programme Guide and / or otherwise sought sufficient information to make an informed programme selection.
• I have been advised of the code and title of the training product, as published on the National Register, estimated duration, expected locations for training, mode of delivery.

• I understand that Flight One School of Engineering (RTO 45165) is not CRICOS registered and will not provide me with an option to undertake training in Australia on a student visa
• I understand that any training and assessment will be conducted via on-line learning and assessment and/or recognition for prior learning (RPL).
• I understand that this is an initial non-binding application and does not commit Flight One to offer me a place in a programme, nor does it commit me to accept a place in a programme.
• I hereby confirm that I am enrolled at Far East University and received approval to join the Flight One School of Engineering online programme.
• I have been provided with and reviewed detailed course information on the relevant Flight One website Course Page, Programme Guide and / or otherwise sought sufficient information to make an informed programme selection.
