Qualification Overview

This course is delivered as part of the Cirrus Approach ecosystem, the manufacturer’s globally standardised training system used across Cirrus training partners worldwide. At Flight One, this framework is applied through a structured combination of Cirrus Approach online modules, instructor briefings and practical flight training conducted in a professional training environment.

The Cirrus Transition course is the core entry point for pilots new to Cirrus aircraft. It is designed to build competency across aircraft systems, avionics, performance and standard operating procedures, while reinforcing the Cirrus safety philosophy. Training is delivered by experienced Flight One instructors who align with Cirrus methodologies, ensuring consistency with manufacturer standards.

The course is tailored to the individual pilot’s experience and operational goals. Students complete the relevant Cirrus Approach online content alongside in-aircraft training, allowing theoretical knowledge to be applied directly in flight. This integrated approach supports efficient learning, strong knowledge retention and safe operational outcomes
