Inicio Partners is duly authorised by Flight One to assist prospective engineering and commercial pilot students in Korea, and to process engineer RPL and conversion services to non-Australian engineers seeking Australian aeroskills qualifications.

Inicio Partners was founded by a working aircraft engineer with a strong background in Australian heavy aircraft engineering with Qantas (Australia) and coordinating international education programmes.

With 10+ years of experience in aviation in Australia, involvement across flying and engineer training organisations, and several years of experience conducting engineer training and recognition for prior learning (RPL) services for domestic and international engineers, Inicio Partners is uniquely qualified to support those aspiring to gain formal Australian aviation qualifications.
