• I understand that I am applying for a non-award course aligned with the requirements of the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority and I will not be enrolled in a Registered Training Organisation or a nationally recognised vocational qualification.
• I understand that this is a preliminary application that is non-binding and does not commit the course provider to offer me a place in a programme, nor does it commit me to accept a place in a programme.
• I understand that I may be asked to submit further and/or more detailed information and supporting documents should my initial application be successful.
• I have read and understood the relevant Course Page, Programme Guide and / or otherwise sought sufficient information to make an informed programme selection and I understand the financial commitment, payment options, outcomes, inclusions and exclusions of my selected programme.
• I understand and agree with the Privacy Policy.
• The information I have provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
• I understand that I may be refused enrolment if it becomes evident that any information or supporting documentation provided is incomplete or false.
• I hereby confirm that: (a) I have read and understood the course fee arrangements on the relevant course page; and (b) I have carefully considered the cost of flight training and I have the financial capacity to fund my course and make payments as they fall due; and (c) I have reserve financial capacity to pay for any repeated exams or flight lessons should this become necessary; and (d) I understand that at no time will I be permitted to undertake flight lessons in arrears and should this occur, I will remain liable to pay the outstanding amount.
